COVID-19 AUSPOST DELIVERY DELAYS
Domestic and International Delivery
Ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are some delays as AusPost operates with additional safety measures. AusPost is experiencing reduced domestic and international flights, while processing unprecedented parcel volumes. The majority of parcels are arriving on time. To help us, please ensure your delivery details are correct, and remember to respect and adhere to social distancing requirements when interacting with our people. Effective 20 April 2020, AusPost has temporarily suspended the Express Post guarantee. Express Post service will continue to be the fastest postal delivery option for customers – and we'll continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.
Use AusPost's tracking tool to provide you with the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and any delays while your parcel is in transit.
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post (Parcel Post and Express Post) for Domestic orders and Australia Post International (Economy, Standard and Express) for orders to our New Zealand and Singapore customers.
All orders are processed within 2 business days from receiving the order. Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable). Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders will be dispatched between 8am – 6pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please allow for 1 extra business day for your order to be dispatched during sale periods.
We offer a free shipping code for Domestic orders with the shipping code FREESHIPAU. This free shipping code is valid only once and excludes Express Post orders. Code is valid when entered at checkout.

We offer 30-day returns for a full refund for items that are not open and in their original condition. Due to personal nature of the products we sell, we can not accept returns for items that had been opened, used or damaged as a result of shipping. Contact us about your desire to return an item within 30 days of purchase. Once you have contacted us about a return, it must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase or the return will not be honoured.
Refunds are credited directly to your charge card (less shipping and handling). We will not refund shipping and handling charges on orders that are returned due to the wrong address, insufficient address, or customer's failure to pick up their package (unclaimed packages). Refunds will be issued when we receive the returned merchandise at our warehouse. Contact us if you have a question about a refund or return. Please include your order number when possible.
Import Duties and Taxes
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs. EverSmile Australia reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
Due to the product packaging, pressure from air freight transport may result in a small amount of product leakage. This leakage will be contained within the plastic wrapping and does not result in excess loss of product.
All products are checked for leakage and damage prior to shipping. We certify that all items shipped are without fault and are in good condition. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on products that have been damaged as a result of the shipping process.
